Young Australians are fighting for their right to dress comfortably, with 34 per cent of Millennials claiming they would consider quitting their job if their employer made them dress professionally again, recent studies have found. According to recent research, a more casual dress code is one of the hallmarks of working from home, with tracksuits, pajamas, activewear and ugg boots all of suddenly becoming acceptable workwear.
